CURRICULUM COMMITTEE MEETING WAS HELD

   A regular session of the part-time Curriculum Committee of the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Institute was held on March 15, 2024.

   During the meeting, 16 mandatory and post-selective programs for judges' training were discussed and supported by the majority of members. Consequently, it was decided to submit them to the Chief Justice in consultation with the General Council, in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.3 of the Law on Courts. These programs include:

Curriculum for compulsory study:

-Rights of demand and judicial practice in  tangible and intangible asset law.

-Innovative legal regulations concerning inheritance and court practice.

-New legal regulations for handling civil cases.

-Considerations in resolving mineral disputes.

-Duty of proof in administrative court cases.

-Considerations in the application of the Value Added Tax Law.

Curriculum for Elective Studies:

-Human rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

-Right to life.

-Content and significance of the Law on Amendments and Amendments to the Law on Criminal and Criminal Proceedings.

-Communicating with child victims of human trafficking using a trauma-based approach.

-Challenges in obtaining financial or electronic evidence from abroad and the appropriate use of such evidence during court proceedings.

-Theoretical issues surrounding property rights, comparative studies.

-Concepts and specific regulations of the revised law on the purchase of goods, works, and services with state and local property assets.

-Considerations in handling election disputes.

-Application of the law on civil service: transfer and rotation of civil servants and civil servant liability issues.

-Programs encompass concepts and specific regulations of the law on public-private partnerships.
