As outlined in the memorandum, the partnership involves joint efforts in organizing courtroom and electronic training for judges, conducting collaborative research, hosting international conferences, and engaging in discussions. These initiatives are planned to be implemented gradually in the future.

The training, centered around the theme "Management and organization of courts and specialized courts," covered various topics such as the operations of the Judicial Academy of BNTU, the judicial system of BNTU, the Court of First Instance of Serious Criminal Cases, Family Court, Commercial Court of First Instance, Money Laundering Prevention Court, Juvenile Court, activities related to the protection of victims' rights, the National Court Network Project, Audio Visual Information System, and Expert Activities.
