The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, the Judges Association of Mongolian, Association of Mongolian Advocates, and the Judilogy project team jointly organized a Bench & Bar meeting on “Implementation of the adversarial principle in the courtroom” on October 30, 2026.  

The meeting was opened with remarks by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia Ts. Tsogt, E. Amin-Erdene, Member of the Governing Board of the Judges association of Mongolia, and B. Solongo, Chairwomen of the Capital City Lawyers’ Council of the Association of Mongolian Advocates.

The discussion highlighted the importance of equal participation of the parties, professional competence, and mutual respect in ensuring the effective implementation of the adversarial principle in court proceedings. It was also agreed that the proposals and recommendations presented by the two teams would be submitted to their respective professional associations.
