On September 15, 2026, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy D. Erdenechimeg and Head of the Training center G. Khaliunaa received and held a meeting with Maria Cecilia T.Sicangco, a Counsel, Law and Policy Reform office of the General Counsel of the Asian Development Bank.

On June 19, 2026, the Judicial Academy, the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), the Asian Development Bank, and the Mongolian International Arbitration Center jointly organized a “Judicial Colloquium on International Commercial Arbitration”.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of jointly implementing, in 2027, a training program for Mongolian judges based on the above-mentioned colloquium. During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of implementing in Mongolia, starting in 2027, a program of the Asian Development Bank designed for judges and prosecutors.

In this regard, the Asian Development Bank will develop the training program and submit it for consideration at a meeting of the Judicial Academy’s Training curriculum committee.
