Independent research projects were conducted on the following topics: Judge G. Urangua of the Capital City Administrative Court of First Instance on "Royalties for Mineral Resources: Associated Metals (Judicial Practice)"; Judge B. Dulamsuren of the District Criminal and Civil Court of First Instance of Simplified Proceedings on "The Concept of Virtual Assets and a Comparative Study of International Legal Regulation: A Criminal Law Perspective"; Judge S. Batgerel of the Bayanzurkh, Sukhbaatar, and Chingeltei District Criminal Court of First Instance on "Illegal Mineral Exploration, Utilization, and Extraction: Issues to Consider in Investigation and Assessing Damages and Adverse Effects"; and Judge N. Damdinsuren of the Capital City Administrative Court of First Instance on "Regulation of Reviewing Valid Judicial Decisions Due to Newly Discovered Circumstances."
The Judicial Academy plans to peer-review and publish the works of these judicial researchers in the "Mongolian Court and Legal Studies" journal, as well as release them to the public as a special compilation.
