Judge-researchers conduct internal training on legal theory and judicial practice

On May 12, 2026, the Judge-Researchers currently appointed to the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy organized an internal training session for the Academy's staff. The session aimed to enhance the professional capacity of the personnel and provide insight into practical aspects of case proceedings.


First Instance Administrative Court of the Capital City’s judge G.Urangua of the delivered a presentation on the "Distinguishing features of administrative case proceedings" while Judge N.Damdinsuren from the same court shared knowledge and expertise on "Judicial practice and notable disputes in the administrative court".

Furthermore, Judge of the Circuit Court of Simplified Criminal and Civil Cases of the District B.Dulamsuren presented on the "Specifics of simplified case proceedings." Bayanzurkh, Sukhbaatar, and Chingeltei District Criminal Court of First Instance’s judge S. Batgerel explained the legal framework of "Appropriation or Squandering of Cultural Heritage” using specific case studies and evidence.


At the conclusion of the training, the Academy staff engaged in a question and answer session with the Judge-researchers, discussing issues encountered in judicial practice and inconsistencies in the application of the law. The training was attended by the entire staff of the Judicial Academy.
