Training Program for Newly Appointed First-Instance Court Judges Concludes

The Judicial Training, Research, and Information Academy successfully organized and concluded a training program for newly appointed judges of first-instance courts, held from March 16 to March 27, 2026.
This session covered a comprehensive range of topics, including theoretical frameworks for legal interpretation and application, evidence evaluation, judicial decision-making techniques, and procedures for presiding over and preparing for court hearings. Additionally, the program focused on implementing adversarial principles, case flow management, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, and simplified as well as out-of-court settlement procedures.






A total of 24 judge-trainers from the Judicial Academy conducted the sessions. At the conclusion of the program, G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center at the Judicial Academy, presented certificates to the judges who successfully completed the specialized practical training. In her closing remarks, she emphasized the significance of the program and expressed her confidence that the newly acquired knowledge and judicial techniques would significantly contribute to their future professional endeavors. The training program was attended by 27 newly appointed judges from various first-instance courts.
