Proceedings of the International Conference on “Specialized Courts: The Best Interests of the Child and the Family” Now Published

On June 25, 2025, the Supreme Court of Mongolia, the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), and the Hanns Seidel Foundation jointly organized an international academic conference under the theme “Specialized Courts: The Best Interests of the Child and the Family.”
Researchers from the Judicial Academy’s Research Center have translated and compiled into Mongolian the full set of presentations delivered by judges, scholars, and legal experts from eight countries—Mongolia, Australia, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, South Korea, Türkiye, and the United States.
