MEETING HELD WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GENERAL AGENCY FOR CHILD AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT AND PROTECTION

On September 3, 2025, Ms. D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, and Ms. G. Khaliunaa, Head of the Training Center, held a meeting with representatives of the General Agency for Child and Family Development and Protection.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on organizing joint training programs for professionals to provide expert opinions in cases and disputes involving the rights and interests of children. They also discussed involving judge-trainers in the delivery of these programs. Furthermore, in anticipation of the planned establishment of family and child courts in 2026, the parties agreed to collaborate on future training sessions and thematic discussions.
