Training on “Judicial Well-being” Conducted

The Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy, in collaboration with the Mongolian Judges’ Association, organized the first-stage training aimed at preparing judge-trainers in the area of judicial well-being and mental health. The training, titled “Judicial Well-being,” took place on April 11, 2025.
The session was led by Dr. L. Badamtsetseg, a lecturer at the Institute of Social Psychology, who shared insights grounded in both theory and practice. Her presentation focused on occupational burnout caused by workplace stress, techniques for cognitive reframing and normalization, and methods for maintaining psychological balance in the workplace.
Additionally, B. Batchimeg, Executive Director of the “A Heart Full of Care” Psychological Center, delivered a training session titled “Art Therapy in the Workplace.” She discussed the nature of workplace stress, strategies for overcoming it, and highlighted the significance of cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion. The Academy plans to conduct a second-stage training on the same topic in June 2025. This session will be facilitated by Australian experts Dr. Carly Shrever and Sally Ryan.
